Production Process
Advances in extrusion technology in America have enabled us to acquire the most up-to date manufacturing equipment.

Our single and twin screw extruders, capable of producing in excess of 80,000 tonnes per annum, make us one of the largest independent extruders of pet food products in Europe. Separate production lines enable a wide variety of products to be simultaneously extruded, dried and coated prior to packing and our fully-computerised blending facility mixes any combination of both extruded and flaked products to the desired specification.
Strictly Quality Assured

Dedicated to quality assurance to satisfy today's stringent quality and safety standards, we operate a strict Quality Control Management system. This ensures that our products are of a consistent quality, size and shape and that our customers can rest assured that the pet food products being sold under their name are of optimum quality.
Our specialist packaging facility is capable of packing in any required pack size from 100 grammes to one tonne. Customers can specify their own pack design, or we will pack your products into personalised bags, avoiding the high initial cost of packaging.
Direct to you or your customer
Our on-site distribution centre allows us to store products ready for collation to be palleted as single products, or in any combination for despatch to our customers or direct to yours, ensuring a speedy, reliable and efficient service.
